Building Confidence One Step at a Time
Our Track & Field League combines instruction, competition, and fun for youth and young adults ages 3 to 35. Hosted at Moore Catholic’s secure outdoor facility, participants learn and compete in events such as javelin throw, long jump, hurdles, relay races, and shot put.
The program begins with skills instruction before transitioning into measured competitions in the final week. Each participant’s progress is tracked, and their improvement is always remarkable to see.
We are proud to have volunteer instructors from the Staten Island Athletic Club (SIAC) leading the program. Their expertise and enthusiasm bring tremendous value to the athletes’ experience, helping each participant feel supported and confident.
The finale features a trophy ceremony and DJ, creating an energetic atmosphere that celebrates hard work and achievement. Participants wear sublimated uniforms, enjoy a supportive environment, and gain the confidence to keep moving and growing.
Special Thanks to Our Partners
